Volunteer with us

With only 2 of us part-time in the UK we rely on our small team of committed, dedicated volunteers. Some have been volunteering with us for over 15 years!

We have volunteers supporting us with admin, social media, copywriting and research.  When we have volunteer roles available we will advertise them on our news page.  If you have time to spare and have skills or experience in any of these areas then we’d love to hear from you!

Please send an email to hello@raisingfutureskenya.org.uk giving us a summary of your background and what you’d like to get involved with and we’ll get back to you if we have a suitable vacancy.

Due to insurance limitations sadly we can only have volunteers who are over 18. We do ask our volunteers to commit to 6 months with us, just because it takes us a long time to set everything up and train new volunteers.

Please note that we don’t host overseas volunteering. Whilst we appreciate the benefits it can bring, our team in Kenya have built longterm supportive relationships with other education providers and NGOs in Kenya where they all share best practice information and tips with each other. Our team are from the communities where we work so they know what will work best in their areas and we’re committed to up-skilling our team in Kenya.
