About: Welcome to the Radical Change Podcast by the Small International Development Charity Network (SIDCN)! Here, we foster honest conversations and AMPLIFY our members’ voices, ensuring they are heard and valued. We aim to provide a platform for small charity organisations within our network to share their stories, voice their concerns, celebrate successes, and discuss the challenges they face along with their solutions. Through this podcast, we hope to inspire policy development, drive the #shiftthepower conversation, and offer our members the opportunity to gain recognition and resources.

We were approached because of our high impact work equipping young people, particularly young women and girls, with the skills needed to break cycles of poverty in Kenya. With hope and opportunity, anything is possible!
