Raising Futures Kenya are looking for a new Treasurer to join our UK Board.
Working alongside our Kenyan NGO partner we provide vocational training and business skills training for young people in Kenya, who are experiencing poverty, to help them gain employment or start a business. We actively look for, and remove, barriers which young people may face in gaining an education. The free training is accompanied by wraparound support including counselling, food, childcare vouchers and period pads, ensuring young people can focus on learning skills and gaining confidence to build their own bright futures.
We are a small, award-winning charity who are actively shifting power to our Kenyan partner NGO. We are looking for a finance professional who is enthusiastic, committed, and passionate about what we do, to become part of our team.
